RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at info@whorehausstudios.com

(wh)ORE HAüS STUDIOS may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 30 days or purchase.  The determination of condition is at our sole discretion.  You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from (wh)ORE HAüS STUDIOS to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

PRIVACY POLICY

 (wh)ORE HAüS STUDIOS and its website respect the confidentiality of data relating to all customers and visitors to the site.  Individual customer and visitor information is not collected, shared, or distributed. Please note that aggregate data are collected and analyzed strictly for the purposes of identifying statistical information concerning site traffic. In areas of the site where users provide personal information for purchasing products, this personal information may be forwarded to third parties in order to fulfill these requests.

DELIVERY POLICY

For shipments within the US, there is a $10 flat fee for shipping.  For international shipments there is a $50 shipping charge.  All products are hand made and made to order so shipping will depend on lead time of item. Customers are sent email confirmations for received orders.
